中國儲能網(wǎng)訊:為加快儲能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,推動能源結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,“第七屆中國國際儲能大會”將于2017年4月24—26日在蘇州香格里拉酒店舉行。本屆大會由中國化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會聯(lián)合中國可再生能源學(xué)會光伏專業(yè)委員會、中國循環(huán)經(jīng)濟協(xié)會可再生能源專業(yè)委員會、中國可再生能源學(xué)會風(fēng)能專業(yè)委員會、中國可再生能源學(xué)會并網(wǎng)專業(yè)委員會、中國投資協(xié)會儲能產(chǎn)業(yè)投資促進中心、中國機電進出口商會太陽能光伏產(chǎn)品分會、國家太陽能光熱產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、中國電建西北勘測設(shè)計研究院有限公司光電設(shè)計院、中國移動通信集團設(shè)計院有限公司、鑒衡認(rèn)證中心、英國伯明翰大學(xué)等單位主辦,中國化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會儲能應(yīng)用分會與中國儲能網(wǎng)承辦。
受中國國際儲能大會組委會邀請,華北電力大學(xué)電氣與電子工程學(xué)院教授、中國能源政策研究中心主任王鵬先生將出席本次大會,并發(fā)表“電力體制改革與儲能發(fā)展”主題演講,以下為王鵬教授的個人介紹。
王鵬教授
王鵬,華北電力大學(xué)電氣與電子工程學(xué)院教授、中國能源政策研究中心主任,之前長期在政府監(jiān)管部門任處長。中國電力體制改革專家,全國電監(jiān)標(biāo)委會委員,《電力系統(tǒng)保護與控制》編委,能源研究會研究員,多家公司顧問。
參與了中發(fā)9號文件前半程的草擬工作,參與了電改部分配套文件擬定工作;參與了部分省市的綜合能源改革方案、電力市場建設(shè)方案、配售電組建與運營方案、新能源微電網(wǎng)設(shè)計方案研究工作;曾主筆國家電監(jiān)會和國家能源局多項研究報告。
Dr. Wang Peng, is a Professor of School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, North China Electric Power University, and Director of China Energy Policy Research Center. He was a Director of the electricity regulatory department for many years. He is an expert in China's electricity system reform, a member of the National Electricity Regulatory StandardsCommittee and the Editorial Board of the academic journal "Power System Protection and Control", a Research Fellow at the China Energy Research Society, and a consultant with a number of companies. He was involved in the drafting of government documents on China's current electricity system reform, notably “Some Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of Electric Power System” , also known as the No.9 document. And he participated in the drafting of some relevant supporting documents for the electricity reform work; he also participated in the comprehensive energy reform program of some provinces and cities , the electricity market construction program, the construction and operation program for distribution and sale of electricity, as well as the design work on renewable energy micro-grid; he took the lead in writing a number of research reports for the State Electricity Regulatory Commission and the National Energy Administration.
